About this app

HWPO Training encompasses fitness programs created for a community of HARD WORKERS, inspired by 5x CrossFit Games Champion, Mat Fraser’s motto “Hard Work Pays Off”.

The HWPO Training app offers a variety of programs to suit different lifestyles, goals, equipment accessibility, and skill levels. Whether you need to be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes or you’re training to be an elite-level competitor, HWPO Training has a workout program for you.

Athletes can track their progress using personalized sessions based on individual performance metrics and celebrate their achievements on the real-time leaderboard. The app also provides coaching videos by Mat Fraser himself, as well as our team of world-class expert coaches, guiding members through every training session and providing demos of each exercise.

Our HARD WORKERS also gain access to our members-only support platform, where they can ask questions, receive feedback, watch exclusive content and engage with others in the community around the world. No matter how or where you move, all we ask is that you live out our core values in and out of the gym:

Beware being set up for multiple subscriptions. I was not aware that I was subscribed to two subscriptions when I tried the free trial. I cancelled one but not the other. When I was charged for the second, I asked for a refund and they refused. Also, you can only cancel on their website by following specific instructions, and not through their app. Also service is not worth the cost, it's essentially just a spreadsheet of work outs everyday, you could find works out like this for free.

I love that I'm getting a program from Rob, one of the top 10 or 15 strongest men in the world. I like the video aids. But it needs a lot more functionality. I need at least two other apps open at the same time, or transcribe the whole program, one day at a time, in to another workout app to track sets completed, rest time, plate configuration, more customizability, etc. And I say transcribe because you can't copy/paste from the app! For $40/month this should ALL be there and more.

Originally gave a 5 star review but now changing to 1 star. Purchased HWPO Flagship 1.0 for several years, and then used 2.0 for a while, but found 1.0 to be significantly better, so I would carry on with that or go through certain cycles of it again as we were told we would always have access to it since we had paid for it. Since the app update HWPO has gone back on it's word and has removed access to any programming previously paid for unless you continue to pay for a current subscription
