I am using Hoco EQ34 Plus ANC. The worst experience is that when connected to the phone, even though the volume is set to medium, only when a call comes in, Hoco's own default ringer starts playing so loudly that it causes a lot of ear problems. There is no way to turn this option off. I am very disappointed with the purchase of this product.👎

The TWS and Headphone is fine. The customizations are on point but the problem is with the App Specific connection. The TWS and headphones connect instantly with the phone via BT but the app is kinda disturbing. Even after connecting to it after turning my Wireless Speakers on, the APP loses the connection. Meaning I have to reconnect to the app to do EQ and ANC stuff. Kinda Frustrating. Would've been better if the app was always connected like that of a Watch or Smart Band. EQ34 Plus user.

The design of the app is good but there are many problems with the app optimisation like sometimes the category of earphones from where we have to connect the earphones goes completely blank and the picture of the model of earphones doesn't show always. The music section of the app takes to much time to load which is frustrating. Also there is no option for a permanent user account you have to create a new profile each time you log in with your Gmail account. This things have to be fixed soon.
