Ratings and reviews

Horrible app,horrible service. Who puts white text on a light grey background? This makes it hard to see everything in the app. Don't get notifications until account is in the negative even though it is set up for $5. Auto replenish randomly fails without notification. No way to exit from app. Not only is the app horrible so is the company. No response to emails or phone calls about payment issues.

I sure hope the public school system isn't paying for this app. it's terrible. I have gotten one notification for a low balance despite updating the preferences to be notified sooner. I have yet to receive a balance reminder OR a statement for my meal account. I find it extremely frustrating to navigate and manage.

I hate this system more and more every time I have to pay a convenience fee. The app looks dated. There's no visual or haptic feedback when you tap things. When you generate a report, it says No Records, but that means it's still loading -- not very intuitive. Features are disabled for no reason given. They also just increased the price for adding funds.
