Bought this device about a year ago and it worked well. Recently, I pulled it out & charged it to play with again, but it won't connect. Light blinks a bunch, but nothing after that. Went through the list of "troubleshooting" points & nothing worked. Read the other reviews & go from there. If you want to pay for a 1x use, have it. This thing wasn't made for longevity.

The only thing that i dont like, is the battery doesn't last as long as I'd like, and i wish i could control the direction of the camera more, when trying to use it, its a bit like trying to learn how to walk your person on a newer game console...im the 1 going in circles looking at the sky. But.. it really is great..not just for ears, but splinters and ohhhh gemstones!! (Reading the stamp) etc.

Idk what all these people are on. Setup was extremely easy. You dont have to give them access to anything to use the product. Response time is fast, they even have a button to flip the camera so it feels natural using your non dominant hand to get the wax from that side. Tips I learned from my first experience, first, use it to gauge how deep to go, then use the outter ear and "walk" the tip back. It'll quickly become more natural once you play around a bit, then you can start cleaning!
