I love this app! I have become dependent on it to track my food, exercise, sleep, BP, vitamins, water, and overall well-being. The app is not bogged down with a lot of unecessary features -- makes it so easy to record activity as it's happening. Love that I can create categories and record whatever I want. Ads are not overbearing at all. I will upgrade if only to support the app.

In searching through too many "food journal" apps this was one of the very few that was geared toward tracking my food intake without all the calorie counting. I'm trying to keep track of what I eat to see if certain foods are reaping negative effects on my digestion. This app is perfect for that: you can take account of exactly what you ate for meals as well as snacks, drinks, medication and exercise. You can even take notes and filter through your log highlighting key words. Recommend much! 👍

Like others I wanted a way to record my food without the microscopic calorie counting. That takes a lot ot time. I just want a way to hold myself accountable for what I eat. I like that I can add categories and have those be part of the sort capabilities. I have only used it one day, but happy so far. Ads are there and noticable, but not obnoxious. Appreciate that!
