No problems, Easy to track Have not experienced any major issues. It does what I need it to do. I like the mobile app better than the PC app, as I can log less than a serving if need be. Yes, there are items that don't scan, so what, search and entering the old fashion way works quite well. In the end I'm able to easily track what I'm eating, and that's the main objective. Not perfect, but gets the job done.
Doesn't always work Didn't keep track of my weight for 3 days and doesn't scan all Nutrisystem foods. Finally just decided to keep note section in my phone
Ok but needs improvement This is a useful app only if you are on their meal plan. Otherwise it is very quirky to log your meals in. They don't even have all their food items in the databse to scan in. With regards to logging your exercise, it really needs a box for you to just enter how long and the calories burned. How else do I log in the data from my fitness tracker?
Are you kidding me It's even worse than before the update and "fixes". Wont scan my Nutrisystem Blueberry Lemon Bar! You would think with the qmount of profit this company makes that they would at least get app developers that know what they are doing. I would give it negative stars if I could. No wonder most of your customers use My Fitness Pal.
Galaxy S4 and S5. This program really sucks and is NOT a good tool in helping you track. It doesn't recognize anything I scan which is non-nutrisystem foods. Where is this 10's of 1000's of food items you say are in your database? This program is almost non-functional and time consuming for me. The whole reason I spend my money on Nutrisystem is ease and convenience. I don't want to spend time and a lot of work. I can join Weight Watchers if I wanted this much work. Uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling did not help, either. I have also tried scanning and manually entering the food details, but it doesn't appear to save it and scanning it the next day still doesn't find it. I have attempted to do the same food item several times to no avail. Again, you need to track to lose but this program ain't gonna make that easy for you and you would be better served finding another program.
So it seems to work, but bugs, bugs, bugs, keep stepping on them, getting very annoying. Can't edit a food or recipe once created, even if it lets you edit it, but only save it as a new food, that would be good. I can understand the way they may have the log interacting with the DB, and could screw up you past food logs... but atleast than let the user safe it as a new food version. When creating a custom food, after you save it, you can't find it unless you had selected to put it into a day / log it into a day, if you don't choose to log it, and you click safe, it can't be found anywhere. Just wasted your time. Once you create a custom food, and than choose to make it a favorite, and go back into your favorite to log it , I always get "failed to load". Can not load it from the Favs, have to go find it in "Recent". But those I found on the DB, and made a Fav, load fine for logging for the day. Can't find a few NutriSystems foods in their own app... seems like they aren't doing any up keep with the app.
