"ghost" rides can not be eliminated from screen and can not be "ghost" dispatched either because it recognizes the wrong date and won't allow it. our people are not able to alleviate this, and thus far, neither has i cabbi. One good feature i noticed was i cabbi positively has far more accurate gps real time for our great dispatcher in the front office, so if i break down. They'll know right where to find me.😇

The worst dispatch app I've been working with. When you pick up the customer and need to put the destination manually, the meter stays on £0.00 for the whole journey. You can't mark yourself as unavailable for the next hire until you're roughly 0.5 miles away from the destination and even if you do that, the system is still sending you follow on jobs ignoring that fact, and you're being penalised for rejecting the jobs even though you already let the system know you can't do them. Awful app

this app honestly is a horrible app. So many bugs, gps always send the wrong directions. Developer does NOT fix the issues when contacted. Anyone using this app knows it's a safety issue when on the road because it distracts your focus on the road to random stupid old messages over and over again. This developer should be put out of business. Only reason I have to use this app is because of the company I work for that uses this garbage app. Otherwise I couldn't care less about this app.
