"ghost" rides can not be eliminated from screen and can not be "ghost" dispatched either because it recognizes the wrong date and won't allow it. our people are not able to alleviate this, and thus far, neither has i cabbi. One good feature i noticed was i cabbi positively has far more accurate gps real time for our great dispatcher in the front office, so if i break down. They'll know right where to find me.😇

worst taxi dispatch system money can buy. I know a few companies that pay for this system but don't use it because it shambles. I reset my phone on a daily basis because this app makes my phone slower and crashes all the time. a lot of people have issues with this and they're never resolved and in this modern world now there are so many better apps you can buy for a cheaper price!

I'm brand new to the taxi game but I think it's fairly easy to use tbh...t definitely needs sorting out when it comes to how many times you have to physically touch your phone though! Especially considering the law and penalties given to drivers if they are caught! A few basic things need sorting IMO.. It would be very useful if it said how many drivers are currently logged on, so you know if it's ok to stay on or log off.. Panic button easier access, as only on home screen... Ta x
