About this app

Fire alarm and emergency lighting certificates on your Android phone. Complete, sign and send them on site, in minutes.

iCertifi Fire Edition lets fire alarm and emergency lighting engineers produce clear, professional certificates without going back to the van or the office. Every box saves as you type, names and addresses you have used before are offered again, customers sign on screen, and the certificate is ready to email before you leave the job.

SITE REGISTER AND NFC TAGS
• Keep each building's details and its register of detectors, call points, sounders and emergency lights

• Write an NFC sticker for each device, then scan it on a return visit as proof of attendance
• Record Pass, Fail or Not Accessible against each device; a fail stays on the site's Open Defects until it is put right

YOUR DATA
Certificates are kept on your phone and work without a signal. With the optional yearly Backup and Restore add-on, back them up to a file you keep, such as on Google Drive, and restore them on this phone or a new one.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
The smoke and heat alarm, domestic service and emergency lighting certificates can be started without a subscription. A subscription unlocks the fire alarm certificates, the log book, Saved Certificates, the site register and the tools. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in the Play Store at least 24 hours before the end of the period. An Enterprise licence is also available.

What’s new

New Emergency Lighting Log Book, in New Certificate and in Tools. For each building it shows when the monthly test and the full duration test are due, lets you record the monthly test, and keeps every test recorded.
