Ratings and reviews

The app is not designed for the ease of use. It works but it is inconvenient. Every screen takes a long time to open. For making a payment, you have to keep clicking and waiting. It's a pain. It takes three-four clicks just to close the app. The UPI ID is hugely long. On top of that are ICICI's own restrictions on business accounts. You can't set up your card in Uber, for example. You can't link the account with Google Pay and such.

After update stuck on Account Fecting Failed screen. Tried uninstalling and installing again at least 10 times but to no avail. Moreover all 4 login options are giving the same failed results therefore even checking the account balance is impossible. Atleast proper testing must be done before launching any update. This is such a major inconvenience. Requesting the bank to revert to the older version till the above issues are not resolved. Requesting other users to file complaints as well.

Really bad service compared to ICICI personal banking. You have to re-login every time you open the app. After adding a payee, you have to wait 30 minutes before you can transfer them. No direct debit either (you can't set up recurring payments to someone). Needs a lot of improvement.
