"Ever since the recent update, the InstaBiz app constantly throws an 'Internet Connectivity Issue / Check your internet' error, even when my connection is perfectly fine. This happens randomly while trying to log in, fetch bank statements, and worst of all, during transactions. It doesn't happen every single time, but it happens often enough that it has caused my payments to fail or show errors. Please fix this bug immediately, as it makes business banking very unreliable."

Since the recent update, the app's performance has become significantly worse. Your support team has not been able to provide a proper solution and keeps asking me to repeat the same troubleshooting steps over and over again. Previously, I could access both of my bank accounts within the same app without any issues. Now, if I want to log in to my second account, I have to uninstall the app, reinstall it, and then log in again. This is extremely inconvenient and time-consuming. If this issue cont

Since the recent update, this app is spoild now. Majority of the times, the saved payee name is not shown to transfer payment, but the same is shown on Desktop and that's too irritating to switch from mobile app to Desktop login during Business hrs work load. ICICI tech team Must address this on top priority.
