Ratings and reviews

Since the recent update, the app's performance has become significantly worse. Your support team has not been able to provide a proper solution and keeps asking me to repeat the same troubleshooting steps over and over again. Previously, I could access both of my bank accounts within the same app without any issues. I am not sure who develops apps for ICICI and whether they think about the customer! They force an app update in the middle of an important work and then it doesn't work... This time, it wasn't able to verify mobile number and is asking me to try after 24 hours.... are they serious about customers - 25 years and counting with them, but now this app could separate...

The previous version was working great but I don't know what changes they have done in this July 2026, this app is consuming data like anything. In my mobile today, it's the most data consuming app followed by instagram and other media apps. Today I did just 3 transactions, data consumed 988 MB. Yesterday 2 transactions, data consumed 768 MB. What for...??
