Ratings and reviews

After update stuck on Account Fecting Failed screen. Tried uninstalling and installing again at least 10 times but to no avail. Moreover all 4 login options are giving the same failed results therefore even checking the account balance is impossible. Atleast proper testing must be done before launching any update. This is such a major inconvenience. Requesting the bank to revert to the older version till the above issues are not resolved. Requesting other users to file complaints as well.

Your recent bank app update is extremely disappointing and poorly executed. It has significantly affected usability. The biggest issue I am facing is that while searching for a payee, the app fails to show any results, which makes transactions difficult. Additionally, I am using a Samsung Fold device, and I operate two firms. When I use the app inside the Secure Folder for my second firm, I am unable to share screenshots, whereas this was working perfectly in the earlier version.

I am extremely frustrated with this recent update. Whenever I try to transfer money and search for a payee, no existing payee appears. Instead, it only shows the “Add Payee” option, which is completely inconvenient and disrupts the process. This issue is causing significant inconvenience, and I am unable to make smooth transactions because of it. Kindly resolve this problem and restore the previous functionality at the earliest. If this is not fixed soon, I will be compelled to switch to another
