not many features work. you cannot add beneficiary, I had to add it thru NetBanking. They display all the options, when selected it throws error saying it's not available. why do you show an option in first place of it is not valid for logged in user type

worst application in comparison to any other bank application, server response very late some time it took 5 to 10 for loading home page, when we do any transfer in between msg show there are some technical issues please try it again after 30 min also the same thing it is not good for the banking system

from the last few days it's just not working at all. always downtime, keeps lagging. notification says try after sometime. I am running a business and this application keeps on rejecting my business transaction. extremely poor service from ICICI bank and not at all reliable.
