Pockets by ICICI Bank - The most comprehensive mobile wallet to (1) Pay Anyone and (2)Shop Anywhere for any bank's customer.

Pockets is the first app in India to offer UPI Payments, Bharat QR code payments. With Pockets wallet, you instantly get a free virtual VISA card that can be used for shopping at all online websites/apps. You can even request for a physical card that can be used at stores. You can send money securely to bank accounts, your contacts or virtual payment addresses using Unified Payment Interface (UPI).

New: Introducing Bharat QR code standard supporting Visa, MasterCard and Rupay cards.

New: Introducing payments through UPl You can now transact (send money) using UPI and manage your Virtual Payment Address or VPA from Pockets. You can also use UPI to pay merchants.

UPI ID is a unique ID that is used to make UPI payments in place of bank account details.

the worst app ever. I registered and when I try to login, it does not do anything. cant even enter into the app.stuck at registration only. tried uninstalling and installing again, now it says my phone number is blocked for 24 hours due to multiple trials. I can't believe that this is from ICICI tried everything, nothing worked. I don't know why my company chose icici. this is very bad service. if I have an option, I would rate -1 to this app.

The worst app ever used. Cannot believe it is an app from a big bank like icici. Cannot even register. And I know in this also there will be an automated reply saying clear the cache and reinstall the app, thats it. This is what they call customer support. Don't have any idea how to resolve this issue, because they only said only in this app I can change the setting for my prepaid card and not any other way.

One of the worst app I ever used in my life. Don't know what the purpose of this app. Initially at the registration stage it was automatically closing multiple times (I was lucky to get it restarted 24 times in 10 minutes 😜). Then after setting up whenever I open it, i have to open 3 times to get it done. With respect to the information available in the app, my each transaction amount is displayed in duplicate. If I try to get statement, no response. I think it is just to test your patience ..!
