Ratings and reviews

The app is helpful for coordinating electricity services and tracking requests. However, it is unfortunate that there is no dedicated web platform for business customers, and bill checking is limited to only 4 customer IDs, which is not efficient for companies managing multiple locations. We hope PLN will provide a special platform or service for business customers in the future 🤗

I really like the new PLN Mobile UI/UX. it’s clean and easy to navigate. My favorite feature is the Usage History because it helps me monitor my monthly expenses. The Power Upgrade process is also much more practical through the app compared to the old method. Very helpful and efficient!

Very useful app. Easy to use, fast payment, and convenient for reporting power issues. Highly recommended.
