Very easy to use on my Android phone, always opens easily and quickly, the app is intuitive it follows the formatting of the web browser you never feel like you are lost or that you can't find what you would on the web browser. The notifications are always relevant and helpful never Too many and not trying to over promote.

The app is helpful for coordinating electricity services and tracking requests. However, it is unfortunate that there is no dedicated web platform for business customers, and bill checking is limited to only 4 customer IDs, which is not efficient for companies managing multiple locations. We hope PLN will provide a special platform or service for business customers in the future 🤗

The UI is well designed and clean compared to the previous version. It may be beneficial for customer awareness to show information such as TDL/tariff adjustment clearly. I've tried "Pengaduan" several times via the apps and it resolved well by the field officer. Look forward to see the next upgrade..
