the application is extremely low. Many times failed while attempting to chose a menu. Have to click more than one and leave the application just to waint for the response. and when I tried to chat using the customer service button, again, it failed many times. In the end, it said all the services are busy. So awful.

2025: It's now a better app and is easy to use. However, it's ridiculously difficult to connect your Allo Wallet for payment option. This is inconvenient. 2023: Camera doesn't work, even after several attempts, been trying to re-open the app, then tried to uninstall and re-installed, still the camera feature doesn't seem to be working. I was required to verify my PLN account via ID card, but what am I supposed to do if the camera feature doesn't even work?

This aplication so helpfull, with an incredible menu can be conected with digital wallet and we can report troubleshooting about the electricity. QUICK AND ACCURATE...thanks...
