I once got robbed by this app. I transfered a substantial amount of money to charge my car and didnt accept the transaction. in the end, the money went to who knows where. You gotta be really careful when paying with a payment method other than the refund balance. App often didnt work as expected.

I mainly use this app to charge my EV, but it's too clunky. Not laggy, just not responsive enough. Pop up ads appear on startup, even when I'm attempting to scan the QR code at the charging station. Also, the 5 star ratings are usually asked by the PLN staff, so rating accuracy is questionable.

The app promises digital convenience, but the process remains conventional. I uploaded all required documents for a name transfer, yet I was still required to submit physical copies and verify offline. This should be clearly stated in the app. Worse, both of my complaints were automatically marked "Cancelled by Customer" even though I never cancelled them. Please improve the app and complaint system.
