About this app

The iCondo App is part of an eco-system that connects condominium managers, residents, local businesses and communities on a single platform.

Condominium managers are provided easy to use tools to manage condominium activities, accounts and communications. Residents are able to interact with one another on a social platform that encourages neighbourly friendliness, social cohesion and strong community spirit. Local businesses and communities will form an integral supporting role to enhance the condominium community living experience.

Ratings and reviews

Current version's tweak to the UI is purposeless and hence, unnecessary. Things that used to work are now buggy. Features that users are used to, are no longer where they were and are not in a sensible place to locate. Would you like to relocate your front door to the top of your roof and say that you still have a front door to enter from??? Vendor should do proper testing before launching a new version, esp when they have the audacity to claim "improved performance". What a joke.

iCondo is easily one of the most frustrating apps Ive ever used. The Bluetooth gate-opening feature is practically unusable. I ended up stranded at the gate for 20 minutes, repeatedly opening and closing the app, turning Bluetooth on and off, and hoping the app would finally decide to do the one basic thing it is supposed to do. Nothing says “smart living” like being locked outside because an app cannot reliably open a gate. It feels less like a convenience feature and more like a patience test.

If there's a 0 star or negative star I would give this icondo app that! It just doesn't work. I've not been able to get an sms in the registration step and even the building management can't do anything about it. There's lots of room for improvement and maybe the developers should start looking at how to develop a better support/help process as a start. This is a review clouded by frustration and annoyance and I hope they can do better than this.
