About this app

The iCondo App is part of an eco-system that connects condominium managers, residents, local businesses and communities on a single platform.

Condominium managers are provided easy to use tools to manage condominium activities, accounts and communications. Residents are able to interact with one another on a social platform that encourages neighbourly friendliness, social cohesion and strong community spirit. Local businesses and communities will form an integral supporting role to enhance the condominium community living experience.

Ratings and reviews

The iCondo app functions essentially as a contact-tracing system due to its integration with the gate access platform. The facial recognition feature and visitor registration offer little meaningful security and instead are designed to monitor residents. For my condo, although the system supports card access, this option will not be provided. The new system is overkill for a door that anyone can enter from, when a card access would suffice. QR doesn't work during the day either.

Request for mute ringing sound to off the ringing sound as there is no way to mute the incoming calls but the technicians are not able to programme it into the app itself. I don't think it is too hard to implement as I have given a few suggestions.

Current version's tweak to the UI is purposeless and hence, unnecessary. Things that used to work are now buggy. Features that users are used to, are no longer where they were and are not in a sensible place to locate. Would you like to relocate your front door to the top of your roof and say that you still have a front door to enter from??? Vendor should do proper testing before launching a new version, esp when they have the audacity to claim "improved performance". What a joke.
