When visitor is calling the home via the video intercom terminal and it rings forever, no answer, while resident like me using icondo access app button does not work and denied access! It looks like the Bluetooth function does not work in parallel. No multitasking. Old cardkey tech has no problems. The Bluetooth access system should be separated from visitor intercom system. Please put in more intelligence into your system.

while creating an account and getting verified, 3 docs need to be uploaded and there are three options upload pdf, upload picture and take photo. Pdf has a limit of 2 documents, I don't understand why, when used 'upload picture' for uploading screenshot, it doesn't retrieve the recent photos. What is the point of these meaningless restrictions and an app that makes your life more difficult.

lousy app. payment system with no wallet feature. New feedback for your reply dated 30 Apr: the suggestion has been provided here. why do you need additional effort from us as users to repeat the suggestion in another section. this is not good enough.
