The iCondo App is part of an eco-system that connects condominium managers, residents, local businesses and communities on a single platform.

Condominium managers are provided easy to use tools to manage condominium activities, accounts and communications. Residents are able to interact with one another on a social platform that encourages neighbourly friendliness, social cohesion and strong community spirit. Local businesses and communities will form an integral supporting role to enhance the condominium community living experience.

iCondo is easily one of the most frustrating apps Ive ever used. The Bluetooth gate-opening feature is practically unusable. I ended up stranded at the gate for 20 minutes, repeatedly opening and closing the app, turning Bluetooth on and off, and hoping the app would finally decide to do the one basic thing it is supposed to do. Nothing says “smart living” like being locked outside because an app cannot reliably open a gate. It feels less like a convenience feature and more like a patience test.

Generally clean and pleasant interface. Bookings are quite seamless. Push notifications haven't been consistently working. Tap on Push notifications and it opens a blank iCondo screen.

My apartment is no longer using this app, and I'm no longer using this app. I want to delete my data. But after I deleted my estate, I couldn't use the app anymore. Do I have to apply for an estate to delete my data?
