"This app is the worst! Every time I try to log in, it kicks me out. when I finally have a video chat scheduled, the clock keeps running even after I get disconnected and have to log back in. It's frustrating! I think the app should compensate for the lost time by adding extra minutes to the video chat or, better yet, fixing the app to work more efficiently and reliably."

I really have no problem with scheduling but rather connecting to the network. Screen freezes or the video visit wont connect at all even after I do the network signal strenth test and we are all good, but to my disappointment the video won't connect to me in AZ from a Texas jail.... When I log out and log back in to try it again five minutes later, even further disappointed that my entire visit has been cancelled!!! I'm only giving five stars because I have connected before and it's s great!

One of The Worst. Anytime I try to login on a mobile device I get the following message "The information you entered did not match our records, Please double-check and try again." Changing the password doesn't help I'm an attorney, and this affects communication with my clients. Moreover, if I'm having this much trouble, I can't imagine what family members (less familiar with the app) are going through. Any Agencies/Departments considering using this app should seek other alternatives.
