Ratings and reviews

Error 9999 when logging in. The website itself is pretty garbage as well. This company is pretty lame besides building credit. Any little issue online must be resolved by calling into customer service number and trying to talk to a person who won't be much help. They used to have really nice items with price matching, but items have been getting more expensive.

a bit frustrating to use. to make my payment ot works fine. but if I wanna browse for ,say a mattress, it sucks. I look up twin mattress and I'll get that plus a lot of other things and some dont have anything to do with a mattress. so ok I go to filter and make sure only mattress. fine it works then. then I'll say I wanna start at $100 search. for some reason I can't finish entering the amount when it ,on its on, goes to the search and for some reason it starts at 1000. so to just pay ok

App is basically just a way to view the website. When you pay your bill it just shows you the website inside of the app. It also always shows me the the website in spanish first even thought I have the app language set to english.
