Updating my review. The first few times I used it, it failed every time and didn't even identify a KW1 or SC1, the most popular keys there are. I kept using the app and soon found it identifying close to flawless. It is extremely rare nowadays it doesn't give me a good choice. While I had already been using it a while, the local Hillman rep, who stocks all of the local hardware stores with key blanks really pimps the app to staff that cut keys. Most of us in my store use the app daily now.

Update... they called me back apparently its fixed. So just re-subscribe and it wont happen again... i was promised! App is great identified all the wierd china keys i threw at it. Set up app and started subscription only to have google cancel my subscription and refund my money. Start over.... not really usable if it cancels every 3-days. Hope you can fix it...

I like it. From my, expert(locksmith) experience, I say it'll find the match about 78% of the time. I'm sure as the developer gets more feedback and data, it'll get better.
