Ratings and reviews

Every time I make a credit card bill payment, it initially shows as a payment failure. However, the payment gets updated in the IDFC app after some time. Recently, I tried making a payment using the Paytm credit payment method — the amount was debited from my account immediately, but I did not receive any payment confirmation. When I contacted Paytm, they said that they haven't received any confirmation from the idfc bank's side.

The balance was already there, yet they did not deduct the payment on the allotted date. Later, they imposed a penalty, because of which I had to pay extra. The same thing happened again the next month. On top of that, their customer support staff speaks very rudely, provides no proper assistance for any issue, and even threatens with additional penalties. When I raised a complaint, they did not take any action either. Overall, my experience with them has been extremely poor.

The Spends Categorisation feature on the IDFC First Bank Mobile App is incredibly user-friendly. It automatically sorts all my transactions into clear categories like groceries, travel, and more. I no longer need to manually track my spending, which saves so much time. It's accurate, intuitive, and makes managing finances so much simpler. A very thoughtful addition!
