Every time I make a credit card bill payment, it initially shows as a payment failure. However, the payment gets updated in the IDFC app after some time. Recently, I tried making a payment using the Paytm credit payment method — the amount was debited from my account immediately, but I did not receive any payment confirmation. When I contacted Paytm, they said that they haven't received any confirmation from the idfc bank's side.

Please do not expect any good help from customer support because they are not helpful at all. If someone takes a loan from here, they keep bothering them and do not understand that a person may be going through difficult times. Even if we explain or send emails, they don’t reply. Instead, they keep calling nonstop for collections. Even if we mail and request for some time due to our difficulties, they don’t give time and keep calling nonstop. Also, their collection agents calling thier no, abuse

Setting foreign transaction limits on the card is a painful experience. No matter how many times I enter the amount and save it, it resets to NIL. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn’t. I usually keep international usage OFF or set the limit to zero, but whenever I try to enable it again, it fails to register the changes. TBH, It’s extremely frustrating and needs to be fixed.
