I accepted a trial subscription for this app, I tried to cancel & thought I succeeded. Unfortunately cancellation did not go thru. They took their payment in February & are trying to take another payment from my card for March. I've gone thru everything in/on my account to find out how to cancel, when you click on how to cancel it just tells you why you should NOT cancel. I want it cancelled NOW. I do not want to pay another $29.99 for something I have/will not use! Somebody please help!!

the customer service number doesn't seem to work and I am unable to cancel my subscription. very poor service and seems to be a scam. I don't recommend this app at all. no answer on the phone number and menu options do not work

This is a scam! It's completely non functional and there is no way to cancel your account. The phone number doesn't answer, I can't login to my account on the app or website! I am going to report this to Google play.

Hello Michael, members have two methods to update their services. This can be done by calling our Customer Care Team during business hours, or, if available, clicking the cancel button from the member dashboard.
