My issue with this app is the way they handle their service. Signing up is effortless—they activate your account immediately. But canceling your subscription is intentionally difficult. They require you to send an email and wait for a phone call, creating unnecessary obstacles. The bigger problem is that they continued charging me for months after I canceled. I only discovered it when I reviewed my bank statement and saw the recurring charges.

I accepted a trial subscription for this app, I tried to cancel & thought I succeeded. Unfortunately cancellation did not go thru. They took their payment in February & are trying to take another payment from my card for March. I've gone thru everything in/on my account to find out how to cancel, when you click on how to cancel it just tells you why you should NOT cancel. I want it cancelled NOW. I do not want to pay another $29.99 for something I have/will not use! Somebody please help!!

ok so I had a negative experience but the manager called me like pretty quickly and totally fixed it. im very grateful for zori's help. she walked me thru it she took care of all that was negative.. im really thankful for identity iq's Manager reaching out to me after that encounter. they do strive to meet customers needs and they do work everything out as well as takes the steps needed to make client more comfortable. they really are a good place if this if identity theft protection is need
