Note:
The app needs to run in the background at all times for all features to function. And since it uses your phone’s location, it can decrease battery life as well.

Ratings and reviews

Very user friendly application but the music control settings do not work. I would like to use spotify as the application to control but the app just becomes unresponsive as soon as you go to the music section. The only thing you can do there is click the back button. I would like to give it 5 stars but the music control is one of the most important features of the device...

There is a major connectivity issue. The band is unable to get connected with the phone via Bluetooth and hence I am unable to utilize the band and it's features at its best. Everytime I have to connect the band with app and have to keep the app open to use all the features and rather than being convenient it's becoming more hectic to use. Without proper connection it's just being a normal watch and not a smart band to use.

Not acceptable. There are many users especially for boat products. U are the leading leader and good competitor for different brands, but this app is just not upto the mark. Previously I used mi band 2 it's a basic fitness band that is working very good it doesn't had any issues like this. Mi doesn't have seperate apps for different versions of products, if any product I buy the same mi fit app is there for a basic to high priced one. In boat I came across a different app for different product.
