There is no app worse than this one. When I try to log in with my fingerprint, it says the PIN is wrong and then blocks me for 60 minutes. Sometimes even when I enter the correct PIN, the same thing happens. This is honestly one of the worst apps I have ever used in my life.

Very disappointing app. Almost every time I try to use it, I get messages like "Your session has expired" or "Maintenance work is in progress. Please try again after 10 minutes." I contacted customer support and was advised to clear the cache or reinstall the app. This works only temporarily, and the same issues keep returning. The app is unreliable and frustrating to use. Please fix these recurring problems permanently.

Very horrible condition. Everytime i try to open the app,it shows "the session is expired". It's too much annoying. People want to get better service. If authority doesn’t pay attention to this matter,there is a chance to lose some customers where some customers will allow their transactions through other banking channels or apps. You should provide better services not only for us,but also for IFIC bank.
