Very horrible condition. Everytime i try to open the app,it shows "the session is expired". It's too much annoying. People want to get better service. If authority doesn’t pay attention to this matter,there is a chance to lose some customers where some customers will allow their transactions through other banking channels or apps. You should provide better services not only for us,but also for IFIC bank.

This app is not usaful or helpful at all. Most of the time it shows maintenance for 10 munites , and when it opens, it says session expired. I tried all day and even used another device, but the same problem continues. This is a complete waste of time, and I am planning to close my account...........

This app of yours is causing a lot of problems. I try many times to enter your account, only to see that your season has expired. So if there is a problem that I can enter once after trying 100 times, I will cancel the transaction.Then there will be a lot of problems in making transactions. There are many problems, transactions cannot be made like this.
