I wave raise a complaint regarding an international transaction made from my account D360 Bank to UAE. I transferred an amount of 690 SAR to the UAE. Since the transaction was not completed within the expected time, I requested a refund of the amount back to my account. However, despite multiple follow-ups with your customer care team, the amount has still not been refunded, even after more than “one week”. Each time I contact customer support, I am only informed that the amount will be returned

worse customer service . The customer service are not helpful at all. My money is stuck in my account and customer service since 25.01.2026 to date can not explain to me what the problem is. they only say technical team is working on it how long does your technical team take to resolve a customer complain? it's been 2 weeks now and I do not know why I cannot transact my money. please work on your customer service. train them to truly offer service.

Bad customer service. Completely not responsive. If your money gets stuck or you have any serious issue, it will never be resolved. Customer support is Totally not responsive. This is a warning for new users: if your account gets frozen, it basically means your money is stuck and you won’t get proper help. Very disappointing experience. Kindly be careful before using this app.
