I have been stuck with a debit block for over a month, despite making several follow‑up calls and sending multiple emails with all the documents they requested. Instead of resolving the problem, they suddenly marked my case as “closed” without actually fixing anything. Because of this, 5924.72 SAR of my money is still blocked, and I cannot withdraw or transfer it. This has put me in a serious financial crisis, and the bank has shown zero urgency or responsibility. Extremely disappointing service

I wish I had discovered this bank sooner. I've been in Saudi Arabia for 7 years and I can confidently say that this bank offers the best international transfer service I've ever used in all my years in KSA. I have used D360 for more than a year now. Mostly for remittance and it had excellent service i.e., less than 30 min, amount used to be remitted. Since last 3 months, all my transfer are being rejected and money stuck for more than 2-3 days. Customer service is giving hope by good words but no results nor proper explanation. I think its time to quit D360 for myself.
