Very poor service. I transferred money more than 24 hours ago and it was showing as “processing” the whole time. Finally, the transaction got cancelled, but the refund was not processed immediately. I already raised a support query but still received no response from customer service. This is very disappointing and unacceptable. Kindly process my refund immediately and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I thought this bank would make things easier but after a few days, I'm already considering closing the account. There's a daily limit of 5000 and I can't pay my rent or even transfer my money to another account to pay it. The international support hotline isn't working. Disappointing.

I have been stuck with a debit block for over a month, despite making several follow‑up calls and sending multiple emails with all the documents they requested. Instead of resolving the problem, they suddenly marked my case as “closed” without actually fixing anything. Because of this, 5924.72 SAR of my money is still blocked, and I cannot withdraw or transfer it. This has put me in a serious financial crisis, and the bank has shown zero urgency or responsibility. Extremely disappointing service
