Something is wrong with the app as i am not able to remit money to my account in pakistan. I tried re installing the app to latest version as well as tried deleting and re adding the beneficiary however nothing worked out so far. Any of the customer support calling numbers are not accessible from Pakistan. Tried calling multiple times but no luck so far.

The rates are great... The services should be good but the app is always crashing and you have very poor customer service and support... You blocked my account for no reason and reopened it with no explanations on the issue... Also now and often the app crashes and we can't log in to do or check the transactions

the exchange rates are good. but the app is mostly having technical issues when we really needs it. and the money also take some significant amount of time to get credited. but still its offering competitive exchange rates. so i am using it anyway.
