Can't add more than 2 eSim. I bought the 5ber standard 2 eSim card to try it out. It works well but the app is broken and won't allow purchase of additional downloads. Even if I delete one of my downloaded eSims, this still does not allow any further eSim to be installed. Good technology but I'm now stuck overseas, unable to get a new 5ber Sim posted to me and unable to use additional eSim as I travel. None of the support channels have responded to my requests for assistance.

It worked perfectly, for my first 2 esim on my trip to Japan last Dec. However yesterday, I had to go to Malaysia and bought an esim online, but realize the free 2 downloads is used up. I tried to buy new downloads using the app, but the next button is not working. I saw online on reddit that 5ber company is shut down? no official announcement, I hope it is temporary and the app comes back online.

Installing the app after adding the aim on my Samsung Galaxy resulted in completely messing with my Android: none of the SIM could be detected after restarting the phone. I've tried everything and the only solution was factory reset. I tried again after that: same issue happened and I had to factory reset again. I've wasted 2 days and $12.
