About this app

Screen Lock, is created to extend the life of the hardware power button by using the feature within the app. Support for both Admin lock and Smart lock system. Easy to Screen off and lock the device depending on your selected preferences.

This app uses the Device Administrator permission. Necessary for the app to lock with Admin lock. Read write system settings permission to enable the Smart lock feature if needed.

This app uses Accessibility service. It is optional for only Android 9 and above. Used only for taking advantage of the internal Screen Lock option to overcome the delay in the Smart lock feature.

One tap to off and lock the device using:

Personalisation features:
Animations to pick for Phone lock experience. Vibration feedback upon Phone locked. Lock and unlock sound at varied points to play the tone you love to hear. Sound volume is picked from notification sound as volume and can be further adjusted with ease, also respecting DND mode.

Highly customisable lock icon with an easy-to-use interface. Option to use Metallic and Material icon as a choice for both Admin lock and Smart lock.

Animation speed is adjusted with the “Transition animation scale," and “Animator duration scale”. Our advice, use 1x for the best ‘Screen Off’ experience. The changes may take place after lock and unlock.

Note 1: Device administration must be disabled before uninstalling.

Note 2: Disable default device lock and unlock sound, if applying from this app.

Not a bad app. Took me a while to get used to where it can be a little confusing. I still am not positive what difference is between two lock systems. Like that I don't have to use power button, but Reason I'll probably uninstall is that is is cutting my battery life down it's new phone and went from lasting 2 days to one. Without using. No I have not installed anything else since. Wish i could find an app with tap to unlock and wave.

I installed it on an old phone with Android 8 and fingerprint sensor, integrated in power button. Need to prevent failure of the fingerprint sensor due to power button overuse. This app works fine (without delay!) with on-screen lock button: quick and easy screen lock. Next I can do quick screen unlock with the fingerprint sensor. Just what I was looking for! Note: after long time of screen lock I wake up the phone with the camera button, next unlock with the fingerprint sensor.

Works great on turning the phone off, but wont turn the phone on, which is more important because you can wait for your phone to turn off on itself but you cant wait for it to turn on, some features are not free and can only be accessed on the Pro version, by the way I was using the shake feature
