Every time I upload an image of an invoice through the app the iHP team claims the invoice is illegible. They once sent me an example of the image and the app mutilated the image such that it was illegible when my original photo was perfectly clear. It almost seems like they are doing this intentionally so that it is more difficult to file a claim because I've brought it up to them multiple times and they still haven't fixed the issue.

The IHP app keeps hanging whenever I try to open it at the clinic counter. Today again, the staff asked me to show the app for identification, but the app froze and did not respond. My phone internet connection was stable, and other apps worked fine. This is not the first time—it also happened during my previous clinic visit. Please look into this issue urgently as it causes inconvenience during medical visits.
