very easy to use but very bad , too bad no customer service, you call them no way , you send them mail no response, I have not been able to transfer money from the app since 3days now ,nobody to talk to. this is too bad .

most of the time your app refuses to open no matter how much U try... like now I have been trying to recharge our light but it's not even opening, this is so annoying...

I still have three of my money hanging due to network issues and till now I haven't received a refund what kind of nonsense app is this sent a mail,and the said it has been resolved still I haven't seen my money
