I love my birdy feeder. I initially subscribed to the premium plan. Recently I canceled the plan and expected to receive the basics described in the basic plan. I can view the birds when they are at the feeder and that is all. No notifications, no visitor journal..... nothing but view if I happen to see a bird at the feeder. please tell me how to get the functions of the basic plan.

have had birdty for 6 months and works as advertised. I thought it uninstalled itself until I figured out you changed the name to perchlens. I think a lot of complaints stem from distance to Wi-Fi router and not understanding it won't work with 5g. I do get a lot of false notifications when the wind is blowing due to trees moving etc. it does need an explanation about how to attach video to text or email. the format is not compatible with either of these.

I was unable to register an account with my main email address so had to try a diffenrent one. I paid for the lifetime subscription just to find out IT IS NOT LIFETIME is has an expiration date, very desceiving information regarding the plans. Also I would have expected the "lifetime" subscription to at least allow up to 3 devices to be activated but it only allows one per subscription. Also solar panel does not seem to charge the device, I've had to charge it manually so far.

We’re sorry for the confusion. The “lifetime” plan refers to a 100-year subscription, and each subscription is valid for one device, though it can be re-bound to another device if needed.
For the solar charging issue, please contact service@birdty.com and send a clear photo of the label on the back of your camera so we can check it for you.
