Impossible to deal with. I tried multiple times to set up the camera and it failed every time. Never automatically recognized it. I had to try manually. I tried in two different houses. I contacted them and they sent a new camera. Same thing. I've spent at least 10 hours trying multiple times, sometimes with the camera laying next to my router to be sure there was not interference. The only thing support could ultimately tell me was to return to Costco for a refund.

I paid really good money for this bird feeder, and now, the Wi-Fi that used to work with this bird feeder no longer connecta at all. This bird feeder was way too expensive not to make sure that connections are supported for the customer. Besides the connectivity issue, this bird feeder was amazing, and it made my day every single day to see my hummingbirds. Sadly, now I can't see them.

I regret paying for the subscription. The app is barely functional, but unfortunately, required to view the videos from the bird feeder. Bird recognition is useless, too many errors (apparently, I had a great egret visiting the feeder in December). Notifications identifying a bird don't link to individual videos, so if there's more than one, it's your guess which bird it is. Video playback is lame, you can pause it, but cannot rewind or forward. In general, the app is very disappointing.
