Since the update before last, I have been unable to even open the app beyond the loading screen. That's two updates of nothing but loading and then crash. I've even tried to delete and start over with full install, to no avail. I can't even evaluate it properly if it won't even load. **Edit** For the first time in 5 months I'm able to get into app after deleting and reinstalling for 10th time. So good on the company for getting the crashes fixed. Still, 5 months? 1 star to 3 stars.

When I installed the app, I scanned my card to set it up. The number in the app is not the number on the card. It will not let me change it or my personal information which is alsonot correct. I've tried on both the app and the website. It says successful but nothing changes. I've tried to get tech support to fix this problem. Their first response was to reset my password. Their second was to tell me to fix it myself in the app despite me telling them I had tried that already and it didn't work.

It's the worst app ever. Tried to download and open it when I opened a membership, but it got stuck on the loading page. I figured it was a glitch. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone, clearing the cache, optimizing etc, with no luck. It continues to just stay on the loading screen doing absolutely nothing. This does not bode well for my first Crunch experience.
