The vacuum is great for single level hard floors. The supplied remote is pretty straightforward to use. The app is good, but has room for improvement. I'm still trying to work every setting there is on it, but I do like how you can restrict areas u don't want the vacuum to go as well as track it live, where it is in the house. If you were to make it easier to use so my 84 yr Old mother could work the app as easy as the app I would rate it 5stars.

Nice product, does the job. Improvement recommendation 1. Light in the product could be of a different color, as product is white and white light kind of gets hidden and difficult to see. 2. Sound could be a bit louder. 3. If the machine can be shaped square, it fits the edges and walls better right think. 4. Prefer physical demo, and more detailed in cleaning techniques and all aspects of mopping. sumit was helpful.

When the machine is operating in full efficiency it is commendable but the machine has some issues like when doing moping it's sometimes not realising water and doing dry moping and sometimes it can't find the docking station or charging points are not detected. Overall my experience is not good with the machine.
