I have had the same problem as many others appear to have had. When making the payment on the app, the transaction gets completed and the amount gets deducted, but the app shows that the payment has failed. A message comes assuring the customer that if any money has been deducted, the transaction will be reversed within 24 hours. In the meantime, the order is placed on cash on delivery basis. In good faith, customers make the payment to the technician once more. However, the refund never comes.

worst experience ever. Never trust thyro care especially for payment issues I have faced a lot of trouble, there were 2 unsuccessful transaction in app due to app glitches been contacting them since day1 for refund, daily calls messages even then no proper response and tdy is 20th day I have still not recieved the refund which shud be initiated within 48-72 hrs. just never gonna trust

3rd class app and service. Despite confirmed booking the person didn't came for sample collection. when i called and asked him he said your location is far. why it shows pin code is servicable then? Dont book from them they are cheaters. Finally they removed his name from the booking and removed all appointment details. pathetic app.
