I like thyrocare but app and site don't let me sign in, they say once you book an order you'll be able to sign in, but I've booked twice yet it shows I'm not registered. we should be allowed to sign up even if we haven't ordered and obviously be able to login .

worst useless app for customers. I have booked my test in thyrocare center directly with my mobile number. in this case it should have created me a profile to view my reports. but these guys just makes day tough by making it more manual. I need to contact the center and keep following up is my report ready? ready? common we are in AI era. you guys still reel in manual way? people don't have time to visit center just to collect report. And you are not having any doctor consultation to justify it.

I had a very disappointing experience with Thyrocare’s home sample collection. appointment was scheduled between 6:00 AM and 6:30 AM, but the technician reportedly made only one call around 5:40 AM and cancelled/moved on when it was not answered. There was no prior communication that missing a single call would lead to cancellation of the appointment. What is the purpose of booking an appointment slot and collecting the complete address if the visit depends entirely on answering a call?
