We’ll respond without you needing to stay logged in. With push notifications enabled in the app, you’ll be notified when we respond.

To register your device for the IMB Bank Mobile Banking App, you’ll need to be registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2 Factor Authentication (2FA).

IMB Bank Members not registered for Internet Banking and SMS 2FA should visit imb.com.au or call us on 1300 123 164. First time Internet Banking users will need to log on to Internet Banking at least once before using the app.

When first registering for the Mobile Banking App, you will be asked to provide your usual Internet Banking login details. You will then be sent a one-time security code to your registered mobile number via SMS. You will need to enter this code to set up your secure 4-digit App PIN. Once your 4-digit App PIN is set up, this is all you will need to log in to the Mobile Banking App. Your App PIN can be changed at any time from within the Mobile Banking App.

Used to be a pretty good app, now all it's useful for is checking my account balance. Since the 2nd last update I can no longer do payments or transfers of any kind, and chat support is unusable (text box is off screen, menu button is above the usable part of my screen)

This is not a safe application to use. You don't always know how much money you have. Balances change without me doing anything. Poor application badly managed.
