About this app

ImmoState is the app Belgian real estate professionals use to produce property inspection reports that are fast, complete and defensible.

Dictate, and the inspection report writes itself. Describe each room out loud, take your photos, and your report structures itself, room by room.

ON SITE
- Voice dictation per room, with linked photos and videos
- Meter readings (electricity, gas, water, heating)
- Keys handed over and detectors checked
- People present and their contact details

THE REPORT
- Report generated as a PDF, in French, Dutch or English
- Signatures on site or remotely, through a secure link
- Once signed, the report is sealed (digital fingerprint), tamper-proof, and holds up in a dispute

ENTRY AND EXIT
- Compare the entry and exit inspections, room by room
- Cost estimation of damages, accounting for wear and tear

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
- Works offline on cases prepared in advance
- Tenants and landlords view and download the report through a link

COMPLIANCE AND SECURITY
- Aligned with the Belgian legal framework for rental inspections
- Hosting in Switzerland, file storage in the European Union, GDPR compliant
- Your data belongs to you: exportable and deletable at any time

Start for free, no credit card.

What’s new

• The repair cost library now follows the app language (French, Dutch, English).
• Each item now shows where its price comes from (reference schedule and item number), for more transparency.
• Amounts now use the Belgian format (for example 40,50 €), on screen and in the comparison report.
