Very big store and very unprofessional team. Even this app says it all. They sell hundreds of thousands of items but they are not generous enough to put even few products on good sale. Even they wouldn't give you discount on water bottle. You can buy here everything but you can't expect there are here to serve humanity. There are here to serve their business. Their meat is expensive. Red meat is always third class, vegetables and fruits are super expensive. Two stars.

I am very disappointed from the service. I used first time online service of imtiaz but they sent very less quantity as compared to my order After paying bill when i checked , all my ordered item were less in quantity. And after checking i came to know that it was mistake of that person who packed my parcel.More the rider was also very rude and arrogant. Please clear my problem so that i can re use this app. Thank you

1st and worst online experience with Imtiaz store. I placed the order at 1440 with Express delivery (to be delivered on same day) but after 3 hours, i have to call helpline myself to get update. They informed me that it ll be delivered next day. I informed the help line guy to cancel the order if it can't be delivered today. I had to call again 3 hrs later to confirm whether it has been cancelled or not. Surprisinlgy, it was still in queue. No one from customer care bothered to contact me at all
