I used to love this app, nowadays it is considered useless, can't even pay a bills, premium goods used to be cool, on the AIS is suck. at some point this app would be discontinued.

totally useless now. cant even pay the bills. cant sync to AIS too. always need to use different phone number to pay. horrible system.

Wife's name on account not translated correctly in English even though shown several times correct spelling at the counter.. Bill of other customer account given at desk.. Paid without checking my mistake.. But had to pay for another month cash at the desk.. desk assistant said i needn't pay for the following month.. dont receice any invoice anymore.. About the app: cant access details of messages.. Says outstanding payment of 2 months.. Very difficult to find email for contact support..
