As soon as I go to clock in to start my shift the app automatically says that I'm working overtime. But other than that the app works really well.

Our apologies for your bad experience. There are a few issues that we have identified in version 1.12 and are working to get 1.13 out shortly
What’s new
In this release we have transitioned any reference to "towing" to "transit". This is to help make it clear that the status isn't explicitly related to towing and can be used for any off-scene events.
