NOT RESOLVED! Unable to respond to enquiries in the chat which has led to losing multiple potential clients. The only time I can message the client is when responding to the first enquiry they send where it allows you to leave a message. The client then responds in the chat and I am unable to respond to them!! This is really bad for business and looks unprofessional. I have reported this issue -no change. CLIENTS- THIS MAY BE WHY YOU'RE NOT GETTING A RESPONSE!!

ARTISTS DO NOT USE THIS APP! UNLESS you want clients that are looking for free coverups + £40 sleeves. They got me in with the accessibility of being able to offer my clients klarna, but I am bombarded with ppl who just want the cheapest, not the best. If you want your craft to get the respect it deserves you won't find it here! - the customer service blame their broken UI on you. - they sent my client to the wrong address - they say they payout on time, IT'S ALWAYS LATE. LESS THAN 0 STARS

Seems like a slow process so far and most artists don't get back to you. It's a shame really because it's a great idea to find local artists and to pay in 3 or by finance. Had two artists reply to my first Project. I messaged back with more details and then nothing after that. EDIT- Gave it another try and one artist got back briefly. Then nothing again. I don't think the artists in my area take the app seriously enough. Leaving it at 3 stars for now. 🙃
