Index HR puts your workday in your pocket. Clock in and out, request leave, check your balance, log timesheets and view payslips — without paperwork, spreadsheets or chasing HR.

Built for organisations that want attendance, leave and payroll in one connected system, Index HR gives every employee self-service access to their own records, and gives managers what they need to run their team from anywhere.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS

• Location — Used only at the moment you clock in or out, to confirm you are at an approved work site. Index HR does not track your location in the background, and does not record your movements between clock-in events.

IMPORTANT

Index HR requires an account provided by your employer. This is not a standalone service — your organisation must be an Index HR customer for you to sign in. If you are unsure whether your company uses Index HR, please check with your HR team.

PRIVACY

Your data belongs to your employer, who decides what is held about you. Index HR processes it on their behalf. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
