The app is there for namesake. Booking details are not updated on time. Driver details were not shared. Drivers reassigned multiple times. Car delivery was late by more than 2 hrs. Needed to manually fill lengthy forms before receiving keys. Unsupportive customer care. No invoice for deductions against deposit after multiple requests. The car fuel meter was problematic and was still charged for fuel filling despite notifying support of the same after personally filling fuel just before return.

IndusGo car service is ABSOLUTELY NOT suitable for families planning to rent a car – STAY AWAY! I am extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed with Indus Go. I booked a car 45 days in advance for an 8-day family trip with my 4-year-old child, expecting at least basic reliability for our 900+ km journey. Booked Grand Vitara from Kochi airport and returned in Trivandrum airport. The car was in good condition. Picked it from the parking lot of Kochi airport and dropped it in Trivandrum airport. The support team was responsive throughout the booking. The only issue was that the fasttag had low balance and despite reporting it multiple times it wasn't recharged, but they promised to return the excess cash paid for the tolls, which they did. Got the security deposit back as well in 1 day.
