Poor customer service. Have to call multiple times for everything after sales. Final invoice and refund of deposit and petrol for exchanged cars not received even after multiple chasers. Original car was in bad condition that was exchanged with an almost new car, so no issues there. App does not show accurate and latest financial information.

Trip was great — car was good, app worked well. My only minor gripe was the refund for a security deposit took about 6 days instead of the 3–4 I was told. When I pinged support, they followed up immediately and resolved it. So not a dealbreaker, just something to be aware of. Would still book again without hesitation.

I'll be honest — I went in half-expecting the usual disappointment. Three rentals later, I can say IndusGo is genuinely different. Car was spotless, keys handed over on the dot, and the app just works. No drama, no delays. Sounds like something a brand would pay someone to say, but this is just my actual experience after years of being let down by other services.
