Booked Grand Vitara from Kochi airport and returned in Trivandrum airport. The car was in good condition. Picked it from the parking lot of Kochi airport and dropped it in Trivandrum airport. The support team was responsive throughout the booking. The only issue was that the fasttag had low balance and despite reporting it multiple times it wasn't recharged, but they promised to return the excess cash paid for the tolls, which they did. Got the security deposit back as well in 1 day.

I find the app easy to use even without any guidance. Everything feels intuitive and works properly without requiring repeated attempts.

The self drive experience with IndusGo was amazing as cars were clean performance was great and the app handled everything efficiently from booking to return without any confusion
