This app is not user friendly. There are so many hidden charges. No transparency in the hiring process. i was Completely cheated by this app. The process which they adopted is completely baseless and unethical. It is better to choose another option instead of going for the rental vehicle. it costs me more than rs 30/km. Better don't recommend this app and stop promoting. if required I can share the details.

everything was good, but their refund process is a total pain. it's been 7 days since I last booked and I still haven't gotten my security deposit back. Something like this should be instant, right after we return the car. customers should not have to wait days to get their deposit back. I am still waiting.

IndusGo car service is ABSOLUTELY NOT suitable for families planning to rent a car – STAY AWAY! I am extremely frustrated and deeply disappointed with Indus Go. I booked a car 45 days in advance for an 8-day family trip with my 4-year-old child, expecting at least basic reliability for our 900+ km journey.
