Requirements:

1. Prerequisites
Stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Mobile Data).
Corporate user credentials (Customer ID, User ID, Password/Secure PIN).
2. App Login & Authentication
Launch the IndusDirect application.
Enter:
Customer ID
User ID
Password
Perform Mobile Number Verification (OTP will be received via SMS).
Set MPIN (only on first login).
Enable biometric login if supported (Face ID/Touch ID).
