Worst app ever. Keeps showing the stupid intro logo again and again but never opens. Total waste of time. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the same useless problem. What’s the point of having a banking app if it doesn’t open when needed? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Fix this pathetic loading issue immediately or people will stop trusting your bank itself. Such a shameful app performace.

6/04-New update: They told me to message them on this email ID, and I did, but still no response. This is also automated. It's been more than 20 days since I reached out to them via email about Priority Pass. There hasn't been a single update to date. I've sent multiple emails with no response and called multiple times, but only reached an IVR recording, not actual customer care to resolve any issues. It is very frustrating; you can't do anything. There customer support service is really bad👎

Hopeless app. They reflect the payment made on time against the outstanding balance yet block your card for non payment. Customer care says the amount is not settled thru CRED. Cred shared full details including transaction reference no. But we don't find a way to unblock the card despite full payment made before the due date and having a full receipt of money paid to them. The card utilisation is not even 6% of the credit limit. Typical sarkari bank with a ridiculous back end and app.
