Worst app ever. Keeps showing the stupid intro logo again and again but never opens. Total waste of time. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the same useless problem. What’s the point of having a banking app if it doesn’t open when needed? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Fix this pathetic loading issue immediately or people will stop trusting your bank itself. Such a shameful app performace.

I tried many times but was unable to update, even wrote an email to customer care, kindly resolve this issue, I hold a credit card from your bank, I do not want to open a savings account with your bank, kindly do needful on priority basis. I am even unable to open an old application, every time it is asking for an update, more than one month gon but yet I'm unable to update the application and unable to login in it, tried all possible tactics.

The doesn't open most of the time. Cant add new beneficiary credit card account without logging into unternet banking and even after adding it doesn't show up on app. The credit card part is the worst. not user friendly. Payments made doesn't get updated, points tracking is not possible, no transparency on what points u earn for each transaction.
