Worst app ever. Keeps showing the stupid intro logo again and again but never opens. Total waste of time. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the same useless problem. What’s the point of having a banking app if it doesn’t open when needed? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Fix this pathetic loading issue immediately or people will stop trusting your bank itself. Such a shameful app performace.

I'm extremely disappointed with the experience. Totally blocked from accessing my accounts on the Digital Banking app and the New app doesn't load. 🙁 After few months the issue still persists. the app requests for PAN number while trying to register. and pops back error "Exception in standalone non sda dedupe" and doesn't allow to continue. I did not have this issue on older app and was able to access Savings and credit account.

It is not an app. it is scrap. i am trying to login from one month still no otp. and after each three attempts waiting 24 hr. Worst experience ever. Definitely I am closing my account with this trash. if it was possible I will give you a million times negative starts. Totally unprofessional. I have three accounts and all are going to close soon. thank you for wasting time. Also I am not interested to reply on automated massages. If you want to find a solution then contact me directly.
