Ratings and reviews

I am trying to log into my account after couple months. It keeps popping up the upgrade screen. I entered initial information required and now it's taking me in circles. It's very frustrating. It gives error stating login to Re- authenticate????? Really? How can I login when it's not letting me to login,? Why was the previous app upgraded to a ridiculous one? Need help.

Worst app ever. Keeps showing the stupid intro logo again and again but never opens. Total waste of time. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the same useless problem. What’s the point of having a banking app if it doesn’t open when needed? Extremely frustrating and disappointing. Fix this pathetic loading issue immediately or people will stop trusting your bank itself. Such a shameful app performace.

This app really is worst. I do not have an account but want to add my credit card and it does not give me an option. Sitting with app since three days and nothing is going help. That robot does not even take my credit card number when contacted. This is not seen as helpful app from a reputed bank like that. Either change your app or do not issue credit cards which you are unable to let us allow to add.
