app wont let me login anymore. says username/password wrong, thought I had just forgotten it but nope, I can log into the computer with the same credentials just fine. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted phone, nothing worked. and yet only the mobile app has mobile deposit so now I cant even cash checks without having to go to a physical branch. it's been like this for weeks

unfortunately no ability to use the non branch ATM search in app, no way to lock card (& no after business hours service to lock it either otherwise), no way to do disputes in app, and the option of scheduling a transfer (so don't have to remember to do so on payday) that option is no longer working either. Branch staff was decent when I signed up for an account 4-5 years ago but the lack of features able to do away from the branch has me second guessing keeping my account open

Something wrong? App will not open. Just sits and spins at loading. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still doing same thing. Cleared cache, etc. Nothing.
