She promised nothing would happen to you.
Then someone opened the bedroom door, and now you're the one chasing after them—inside your sister's head, from dream to dream, searching for anything that proves she was there.
Satella's Place is a psychological horror game set in liminal spaces. A child searches for her older sister in places that should have people but don't: the empty school at dusk, the lit supermarket with no cashiers, the windless park with the swings still. These are her memories—and something lives between them.
▪ NO COMBAT, NO WEAPONS, NO LIFE
You are a child. You know how to walk, run, look, grab, and hide. Running tires you quickly, and makes noise. That's all.
▪ YOU CAUSE THE FEAR
There is no health bar: there is only how much he already knows about you. Run and he hears you. Stand still for too long and he gets closer. Walk slowly in the dark, and he loses the trail. The fright never comes at the same time twice, because you're the one who sets the time.
▪ SEARCH IS THE GAME
The puzzles are about observation, not riddles. One wallet among sixteen. One swing among four. The child knows which one was theirs—you need to look until you remember along with them.
▪ THE DOORS WARN
Warm light underneath: a calm dream. Red light, breathing slowly: a nightmare—the same place, without the light and without the exit. You always choose knowingly. That's why it hurts.
▪ SOMETIMES SHE CALLS. SOMETIMES IT ISN'T HER
There's a way to tell the difference. The game won't tell you what it is.
▪ AND THERE'S AN END THAT DEPENDS ON YOU
Not everyone gets close enough to have a choice in the end.
