IT LOOKS EASY. IT ISN'T.
Just pick up a sushi and put it on a plate. Everyone looks and thinks they can do it.
Point the camera at your hand — and it appears on the screen holding a pair of chopsticks. You don't touch any buttons: you join your thumb and forefinger and the chopsticks close along with your fingers. You open your hand, and they open.
Then you try to pick up the first nigiri. And you understand.
🍣 PRESSING HARDER DOESN'T SOLVE IT
Lightly, the edamame slips and falls. With force, the tofu falls apart in your hand.
Between loose and strong there is a right, narrow point, and finding that point is the whole game. It's not strength — it's pulse.
