About this app

connectIPS is a single payment platform that allows the customers to link their bank account(s) to enable payment process, fund transfer and for creditors payments. An extended product of Nepal Clearing House, we provide a single platform for all citizen-to-government (C2G) payments, customer-to-business (C2B) and peer-to-peer (P2P) payment transactions directly from/to the bank accounts, merchant payments and more payment options.

Our app provides:
 LINK BANK ACCOUNTS
• You can link your bank accounts via Bank Branch or connectIPS using self-verification. Once linked, you can instantly transfer funds from/to bank accounts or use other payment services integrated with connectIPS.
• Balance enquiry for the linked bank accounts as provided by the bank.

 NEPALPAY Request
• You can request the payment from the customers having connectIPS app to receive the payment directly in your bank account.

 NEPALPAY Instant
• Send money to anyone with verified mobile number to the connectIPS user, bank account or wallet.

 Government Payments/ Semi-Government Payments
• FCGO, IRD, LokSewa, Department of Customs, DOFE Payment, Traffic Fine Payment, Passport and more.

Ratings and reviews

Absolutely hated the experience in setting up the app. OTP takes light years to come through. Moreover, once I receive the OTP and when I switch to sms/email app to copy the code and paste it in connectIPS, the keyboard doesn't pop up in the app. Now how am I suppose to enter the OTP that takes a ridiculously long time to come through. Hopefully, you're reading the lower rating reviews here and taking steps to improve the app and user experience. Good Luck!

It is a very useless app because when a Nepali living abroad login to a new device, it redirects the message and does not even log in.

I just try to sign up but when it asking about district it cannot work there I don't know what happened. So I request to app developer please fix this....
