constantly crashes, scanner lags. Add a lot of time to my hours in store, and makes it look like I'm working slower. I thought is was my phone at first, so I got a brand new phone just for this job, and it is still happening. The phone is used for nothing else. Need an apology that is better and large volume scanning. Works great for smaller scale jobs. I like the steps and the fact that you can check for errors. Need something better for large jobs like Narwhals,

The app crashes all of the time while in the middle of an assignment. The scanner skips the first scanned UPC when adding items, therefore it slows you down and causes inaccurate surveys.

constantly crashes, lags & camera focuses slow. App works till you scan so many items then the rest of the day is slow. There either need to fix the app or pay our monthly cell phone bills, or put the app on the Zebra!!!
