FieldVerify helps authorized field operators manage court-record verification work from their mobile device.
Retrieve assigned orders, review subject information, and organize work by county, court, and status. For record hits, capture supporting court documents using your device camera or photo library, then review extracted information and case details before submitting your work.
With FieldVerify, you can:
• View assigned orders and dashboard activity
• Retrieve available orders by county and location
• Search and filter orders by name, order number, county, court, or status
• Mark records as Hit, Clear, or Not Reportable
• Capture and attach court-result documentation
• Review subject identifiers and case information
• Edit extracted fields and case details when needed
• Track completed, pending, and failed sync activity
• Monitor notifications and work progress
FieldVerify is intended for authorized users working with participating organizations. An organization-provided account and network access may be required. Availability of features depends on your organization’s configuration and permissions.
