JKP “Infostan tehnologije“ has created a modern, efficient and secure platform for electronic delivery of bills and collecting payments called “e.Sanduče“. It enables the users to receive their bills for communal services provided by JKP “Infostan tehnologije“ and also bills from other legal entities all in one place, right after the debit is formed, before printing the bills on paper and distributing them via postal services. The most important benefit for customers is the ability to pay the bills “on-click” with no need for going to a bank or post counter and with no commission fees. On the new, advanced platform “e.Sanduče“ users are enabled to choose whether they want their bills to be delivered exclusively through the platform or on paper as well. The users can make payments safely using Dina, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express cards. The platform also allows the users to have a precise insight into the analytics of previous payments and debts.

I logged in and noticed that I owed some money. I clicked on 'Plati' and it shows option to choose the payment method. But there is no furthef click to enter your bank card or any other way to make payment. This app is useless and definitelly not 'user friendly'. As I moved abroad nearly 2 years ago I went to Infostan to let them know that my properties will be empty. I could not cancel Infostan payments. Not happy with their application or services provided..

They started with paying through app is free, now it is 65rsd, this is on par as paying exchange office in a exchange kiosk. This is the now probably the most expensive option there is

After the latest update the login doesn't work anymore
