I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't log me in. Password and user are correct. Every time I click sign in on the app, it does absolutely nothing. It has been this way now for a couple of weeks. I can only log in going thru my laptop thru the direct website. Highly annoying when Im out and about and not around my laptop.

it's marginal at best. takes about 5 log in attempts before I stop getting an error message, I constantly get kicked off the website, none of it is user friendly and you have to go around your elbow to get any type of information. not all basic information is available on the app which means I have to go online which means more kick offs, log outs, and error messages. Definitely not the one I would have chosen. there are better ones out there but this is who my company has chosen for now.

The more I use the app the less I like it. Very limited in what you can actually do. For example, you cannot personalize what's on your homescreen. And it glitches a lot. For example, you can register your biometrics but if often doesn't remember that and I am constantly relogging in with UN/PW. Plus a lot of the support links take you outside of the app to a separate web page. The only support offered is a telephone number. I really would expect a company like Voya to have a better app.
