Ratings and reviews

This app is awful. It constantly jumps back and forth between letting me use my thumb print to log in or password. When it doesn't let me use biometrics it won't let me log in without sending a code via text message, then it still won't let me access my account even after entering the code. FedUp!! Update: Even after reinstalling the app, it still won't allow me to access my account even after entering a new code, it simply goes back to a new log in screen.

it's marginal at best. takes about 5 log in attempts before I stop getting an error message, I constantly get kicked off the website, none of it is user friendly and you have to go around your elbow to get any type of information. not all basic information is available on the app which means I have to go online which means more kick offs, log outs, and error messages. Definitely not the one I would have chosen. there are better ones out there but this is who my company has chosen for now.

I can't even count the amount of login issues I've had with this app and this company. From name mix-ups to random lockouts, it's been an absolute nightmare for years. Hours on the phone with support, playing phone tag, everything starts working. I went to sign-in this morning, "Your account is locked." I didn't even fail. I have biometric auth and my password is auto fill. I may have gotten to use the app for 2 weeks and now I have to call support again. Worst app experience ever.
