Terrible! User interface is hard to understand. Three or four steps when one is enough. No logical direction when checking out. Keeps asking for a delivery option when all I want to do is order and pick up in store. At checkout, well you can't. Input CC info with no option to confirm. Tried to use PayPal and my basket was deleted in the app. Ridiculous!

I do like the app. it has good features that generally work well. there is a bug though because items added to a list on the web don't seem to sync to that same list on the app even though the cart is immediately synced and everything else appears to be synced... the list does sync the opposite way from the app to the web and of course it could be a one off bug but... otherwise it's good

Huge cart was generated to purchased just randomly wiped out. I don't remember what I had in the cart so they lost the order. Need to be able to save a cart as a list or for later especially for business account. Business account offers no benefits, they show the same item being delivered on two different dates. Which is correct? Order isn't pulled 3 days after order. Ikea is so slow, just buy from home depot or Amazon. Ikea doesn't understand supply chain management.
