I'm very confused, how do I change my subscription? I currently have a monthly but would like to change it, I cant do it anywhere on the app?

At first it seemed interesting, but I downloaded a deck that was too basic for me, and, when I downloaded a second one that I thought would be more adequate to my level, I couldn't practice it. Even though I deleted the first deck, I could only practice its cards and not the ones from the other deck.
You can use a filter with your new deck to have to exclude the previous items added from the other deck. We'd love to help you debug this issue further and get it fixed. Please contact us at team@skritter.com (don't forget to include your Skritter username).
