Worst experience I have had. The customer service at Kicukiro branch seemed so disinterested and unwilling to help. It's been close to a month since I opened an account but I can't access it. Visited the bank several times with not much help

The app is very basic. You need more experienced developers. Take a look at the bank's app Revolut.
