Worst experience I have had. The customer service at Kicukiro branch seemed so disinterested and unwilling to help. It's been close to a month since I opened an account but I can't access it. Visited the bank several times with not much help

A recent update made it impossible to log in. Whenever I click to confirm my password, the app doesn't react. One press should do the trick but pressing it several times doesn't do anything. Uninstalled this useless app.
